David Thomas | Stylist, Costume Designer & Founder of David Thomas X (Part 1)

David Thomas is a world-renowned, well respected fashion stylist with over 30 years of experience in the fashion world. He is considered one of the original pioneers of celebrity styling and was recently included in The Hollywood Reporter's 2017 "5 of Hollywood's most in-demand men's stylists" list.

In 1982 at the age of 16, David Thomas was living in his hometown of Gloucester, UK and dropped out of school at the advice of his career teacher. Upon that advice, David pursued a four-year plumbing apprenticeship. When he was a plumber, during his spare time David would devour glossy fashion magazines and newspaper gossip columns. Determined to fulfill his dreams, David left his plumbing job.

Undaunted and unstoppable, in 1988 David applied for and received a grant from the Prince’s Trust. To support himself, he worked weekends washing dishes in a café and evenings as a lavatory attendant in a West End nightclub while attempting to build his career by working as an assistant for free. That allowed him to get his foot in the right door. He began working as a freelance assistant to Isabella Blow and Ian R. Webb; eventually landing his dream job as an assistant to Judy Blame, stylist and jewelry designer.By 1990, David was himself styling.

In 1991, at the age of 25, David became the youngest fashion editor in the world for British Esquire Magazine and subsequently at 26, the youngest fashion editor in the US as contributing fashion editor of Esquire Gentleman. During the time at Esquire, the magazine had a policy of ‘no models’. David developed an alternative approach to filling the fashion pages and promoting fashion by using musicians, actors, artists and writers. In addition, David later worked as contributing fashion editor at Vogue Homme, L’Uomo Vogue, Vogue Hommes International and Interview as well as contributing to Vanity Fair and British GQ.

Through the years of David’s career, he has worked with various clients such
as: Sting, Paul Newman, Jack Nicholson, Liza Minelli, Angelina Jolie, The
Spice Girls, David and Victoria Beckham, Dita Von Teese, Usher, P.Diddy, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Meghan Trainor, Mariah Carey, Lana Del Rey, Matthew McConaughey, Henry Golding, Chris Hemsworth, Benedict Cumberbatch, Casey Affleck, James Franco, Gerard Butler, Colin Farrell, Jamie Foxx, John Legend, Lionel Richie, Calvin Harris, Harry Connick Jr, David Guetta, Barry Manilow and more.

Terence McFarland | Catalyst, Co-Creator and Coach

Terence McFarland is a CEO, an editor, a stylist, an Associate Executive Director, a producer, a director, a retail buyer, a teacher, a journalist, a board chair, and much more. 

He was the youngest person to ever become a Fashion Editor for Interview Magazine and has worked with brands like Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren in New York City. At the peak of his career, Terence left it all to pursue his life purpose and moved to California where he got a BFA and MFA from CalArts. He supports non-profit art organizations based in Los Angeles, and uses his creational eye and use of visual language to inspire others. 

Having grown in a military family, Terence is quite adapt to change and starting over in different environments. He coaches people to help them follow their life purpose and reach their maximum potential, wherever they are in life. He is currently participating in the Flow Trainer Accelerator program and researching Ancestral Medicine rituals. 

Overall, Terence seeks to expand the idea of what is possible in life.

Kira Dikhtyar | Cover Model, Gold Medal Gymnast, Philanthropist & Jeffrey Epstein Friend

 

Kira Dikhtyar is an international top model, actress, former gold medal rhythmic gymnast and philanthropist born in Moscow, Russia. 

 

She became involved in rhythmic gymnastics at the age of 6 and eventually became a member of the junior Russian National Team.  In 2005 she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a fashion career. She has worked with photographers like Bruce Webber and Patrick Demarchelier and has graced the cover of Vogue, Glamor, In Style, GQ, Elle, Vanity fair, Cosmopolitan, Noise, Marie Claire, FHM and Maxim.  In 2014, Kira participated in the fashion reality show The Face together with the legendary models Naomi Campbell, Anne V and Lydia Hearst.

 

She was a close friend of Jeffrey Epstein and is currently working with Alina Kabaeva, Vladimir Putin’s long time partner to raise the legal sex age for girls in Russia.

Victoria Toussie Arnstein comedian and author of Impress Yourself grew up in Brooklyn in a Sephardic Jewish Community and is one of 5 siblings. She's been married for 22 years and has 3 children. 

 

Victoria is an endurance athlete and has won her first 100k running race. She loves to swim in the ocean for 2 mile clips even when she knows there are 15 foot tiger sharks afoot.

 

Victoria takes risks and has a Musical theater background. She has coached thousands of people in health and fitness for charity.

 

Victoria started performing stand up comedy in 2011 and currently performs in New York, Hawaii and LA to name a few. She also produces comedy shows in clubs like Broadway Comedy Club and Greenwich Village Comedy Club in NYC.
